Important Note About Timing
Here at Safe Haven Massage, I don’t like to rush. I don’t want my clients to have to rush. I want them to feel that they can take the time to let me know what is happening in their lives, as well as what their physical body needs from the massage. I also feel like there is nothing worse than paying for a 90 minute massage only to find out that my actual massage was about 70 minutes and the remainder of my 90 minutes was intake, payment, scheduling and getting on and off the table.
Here at Safe Haven Massage that is NOT how it works. I charge you for the actual time you will be receiving hands-on massage. The time I take to get a good intake, accept payment, schedule further appointments, and explain self care are all taken out of the extra time I plan between clients.
Pricing
60 Minute Massage / $140
Choose between getting a full body relaxation massage or a treatment oriented massage focused on areas of pain and discomfort.
Signature Massage 75 Minutes / $150
Time enough to give you both a full body relaxation massage and to treat your problem areas, so you feel better tomorrow too.
90 Minute Massage / $180
For clients that have more than one area of concern that need focused attention and those that need more time to relax into a deeper state of relaxation.
Intra-Oral Massage (90 Minute) / $180
This massage focuses on the major muscles involved with chewing, grinding and/or clenching your teeth as well as structures that can compromise your sinus passages. Your visit will involve gentle massage to muscles located inside your mouth as well as your scalp, head and face. I also normally incorporate a full neck massage as well since the neck is often involved in the pain cycle. This treatment is helpful for those dealing with TMJ pain, headaches and sinus issues as well as sleep apnea. Direct massage as well as Craniosacral techniques are utilized. This treatment is actually very relaxing and some clients even fall asleep. For new clients with moderate to severe pain 3 to 4 visits spaced fairly close together is recommended for the best results.

Insurance
I am no longer a Preferred Provider for any health insurance company. I will bill Regence, Group Health, Aetna, First Choice and Washington Teamsters Trust as an Out of Network Provider. Normally I ask that you pay me in full at the time of service, then I bill your insurance company for you for partial reimbursement. Most companies will issue the partial reimbursement to you. If your company’s policy is to issue the checks to me, then after we figure out what your portion of the charges are, I only collect your portion at the time of service.
I also bill car insurance companies for Car Accident work if you have PIP (Personal Injury Protection) with your policy.
Cancellation Policy
Please try to provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice (unless it is due to illness), I reserve the right to charge you in full for your appointment. I will make every effort to fill your time slot with another client, but if I cannot, you will be billed. If your insurance company has been paying for your massages, please be aware that insurance providers will not pay for missed appointments, so you will be responsible for any amount due.
