I always return calls or texts within 24 hours. If I am unavailable and you leave me a voice message and I have not responded in 24 hours, please text me. About twice a year technology fails me and my phone does not let me know someone left me a VM.
Because I see clients out of my home, I prefer to have a conversation with prospective new clients before adding them to my schedule.
I do not offer on-line scheduling. I have not found a program that offers the flexibility that I need and since 95% of my clients come regularly we simply schedule their next 2 appointments when they are here in person.
I see clients Tues-Fri and most Saturdays seeing my first client at 12 noon and my last client at either 5pm, 5:30pm or 6pm.
(I had to stop using my email address on the site because the hackers just kept finding ways to go around my security.)
